An inspection asks for what exists at the time of the visit, then allows a period to complete whatever is missing. Anything concerning supplied workers is directed to their legal employer. The real difference is made by a review carried out before the visit, so the file is ready beforehand rather than assembled afterwards.
Several provisions, among them the periodic increment and the standard contract forms. The more consequential change is that disciplinary dismissal now falls to the labour court, and the steps taken before it must be documented or they do not stand there. It applies to every employer in Egypt, not to one sector.
Many claims rest on records that were never updated, or on periods registered incorrectly, and correcting them can reduce the amount or remove it. What proves to be due is then settled or scheduled under the authority's own rules. Examination comes before payment, not after it.
