This policy applies to the ecshr.com website alone. Worker and client data tied to service contracts is governed by those contracts and the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
We collect what you send us yourself through the site forms: name, phone number, email address, employer and request details. For job applicants: qualification, experience and governorate. We collect no financial data and no card numbers through this website.
We use this data to answer your request alone: preparing a quotation, arranging a site visit, or considering a job application. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. In the case of job applications we may share it with a particular client, after telling you. We may also share it with an official body if the law requires it.
We keep quote request data for two years from the last contact. Job applicant data is kept for one year, then deleted or updated with your consent.
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and others for measurement and performance improvement. You can disable the non-necessary ones in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
We protect the data with an encrypted connection and access limited to those who need it to do their work. Even so, no electronic medium is absolutely secure, and we give no guarantee beyond what is practically possible.
You may ask to see your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to its use at any time. We answer your request within thirty days of receiving it.
