The stages

The Manpower Outsourcing Process

StageWhat happens
01

Request and scope

Work starts from a clear picture of the need: the roles, the headcount, the shift pattern, the nature of the operation and the plant location. No view of the service is formed before that picture is complete.

02

Site visit

An inspection of the line, the shifts, the safety requirements and the real working conditions. The visit is what determines the right headcount per shift and the nature of the roles.

03

Quote and contract

The visit is turned into a written quote setting out the cost items and where responsibility sits between the two sides, then a contract that carries the same terms.

04

Preparation and start on site

Selection, medical examination, contracts, registration with social insurance and site access permits, before the team starts on site.

05

Operation and follow-up

A site supervisor runs the day-to-day operation and contact goes through a single point. Headcount, attendance and worker files are followed throughout the contract.

06

Periodic review

A review session covering performance, headcount and cost, and alignment of the service scope with changes in production needs.

The monthly rhythm

An operating month on the calendar

These are the fixed dates in every operating contract that includes payroll. Between them two commitments run every day

  1. 1Days 1–5Monthly report
  2. 2Day 25Attendance approval
  3. 3Day 28Payroll sheet
  4. 4Last working dayWage payment

Every quarter a review with you covering performance, headcount and cost.

Questions

What comes up in the first meeting

For a question that is not here, call us on 01226868496, or write it in the details field of the request form.

Can we start with a small number as a trial?

Yes. Starting with a limited team on one line brings out the operating detail that no quote shows, and the scope then widens on a real result rather than on an estimate.

What shapes the scope of the service?

The roles, the headcount, the shift pattern, the plant location and the safety requirements specific to it. These are what the site visit confirms before any scope is set.

How is an urgent operational issue handled?

Through a single point of contact, with the site supervisor present on site for cases that cannot be settled remotely.

How does pricing deal with statutory changes?

Changes imposed by law, such as an amendment to the minimum wage or to insurance rates, are handled through a clause agreed in the contract

We have more than one site. How is that managed?

Each site runs as its own operation with its own supervisor, while a single point of contact covers all sites.
