These terms concern the website alone, and create no contractual relationship over the services. A contractual relationship arises through a written contract signed by both parties, and does not arise through this website.
This site gives information about ECS services to employers and to job seekers. The content published on it introduces the services; it is not a binding offer and not a commitment to a price or a duration.
We work to keep the content current, but published figures and durations are indicative. They change with the location, the role and the size of the request. The binding figures are only those stated in the signed quotation and contract.
Sending a form or a request through the site creates no contract and does not oblige ECS to contract. We keep the right to accept or refuse a request without giving reasons.
Applying for jobs through this site is completely free, and ECS asks applicants for no money at any stage. Sending your data creates no right to be hired. Responsibility for any demand for money made in the name of ECS rests with the person who made it alone.
The content, the design and the marks of this site are owned by ECS or used under licence. They may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without written permission. Limited quotation is allowed with a reference to the source.
The site may contain links to other sites that we do not run, and we carry no responsibility for their content or their policies.
