For a question that is not here, call us on 01226868496, or write it in the details field of the request form.
Are you an insurer or a broker?
Neither. The role here is to run the programme on the company's behalf: requesting quotes, comparing them and negotiating, then managing the member lists and the claims after signature. The contract itself is between the company and the insurer.
What happens if a claim is rejected?
The reason is requested in writing. If it is procedural — a missing document or a late report — it is completed and resubmitted. If it falls outside the cover, the limits are written in the programme document and are referred back to.
Why do workers not use the network?
The most common cause is a network far from where people live rather than far from the plant. The network is therefore weighted to where workers live, not to the plant location alone.
Does this include the government health insurance?
Government health insurance is a statutory obligation, managed with the social insurance file, and it sits within the governmental services. The private programme here adds to it, it does not replace it.
Can workers' families be included?
Possible, subject to the insurer's terms and the available budget. The cost of adding families appears as a separate line in the comparison.
